Join us for this workshop which is just for our smallest creators! Each week will include storytime plus an art and culinary project matching the theme of that week’s book!
July 7 – If You Give a Mouse a Cookie
Art Project: Mouse & Cookie Paper Craft
Culinary Project: Make your own chocolate cherry mouse to enjoy with your milk & cookies.
July 14 – Goodnight Moon
Art Project: Paint or stain your own moon shaped wooden cutout
Culinary Project: Make a homemade version of the classic moon pie
July 21 – Chicka Chicka Boom Boom
Art Project: Palm Tree Paper Craft
Culinary Project: Create your own scene from the story complete with an edible palm tree and coconuts.
July 28 – Where the Wild Things Are
Art Project: TBD
Culinary Project: Bring this beloved book to life by creating your own wild thing cupcake.
Culinary photos are examples, finished products may be different depending on your creativity! Each child will get one art project and one culinary project.
Recommended for ages 18 months-5 years old. Pre-registration is required. Deadline to sign up is the Sunday before at 8 pm.
